As an E2E Process Engineer, you will support strategic capital projects across the ADS Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering and operational solutions that ensure successful project delivery and operational readiness.

What you will do:

  • Support delivery of strategic capital investment programs across the ADS Platform.
  • Develop project charters, business requirements, scopes, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate project deliverables effectively.
  • Maintain project schedules, governance frameworks, and progress reporting.
  • Prepare business cases, funding approvals, and portfolio decision materials.
  • Lead technical evaluations, process engineering activities, and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Support risk, change, cost, schedule, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

What we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Chemical, Process, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering, facility design, GMP operations, and capital project execution.
  • Understanding of the full project lifecycle, from design through start-up and operational readiness.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical engineering solutions.
