We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Medina, OH. As a Warehouse Worker, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, packed, and shipped while helping keep warehouse operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker, your daily responsibilities may include:
- Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Labeling, sorting, and staging inventory
- Performing quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if applicable)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following company safety procedures and warehouse policies
- Assisting with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
