Job Summary
As a Commercial Marketing professional at NXP Semiconductors, you will be in charge for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs to drive demand, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets for our semiconductor product portfolio. You will bridge the gap between product development and sales, ensuring our offerings resonate with target customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for NXP's various product lines, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and market gaps.
- Define and articulate product value propositions, messaging, and positioning for target segments.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, datasheets, website content, case studies, and sales tools.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communications programs across various channels, such as digital marketing, events, webinars, and public relations.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support sales teams with necessary marketing materials and training to enhance their effectiveness.
- Contribute to the overall brand strategy and ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Background and skills in AI would be a plus
- Experience in commercial marketing, product marketing, or a similar role within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.
- Understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and compelling marketing messages.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- English is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
