Job Description: 
 

  PwC India is looking for HCM professionals to join our growing team across Pan India. We are hiring at Associate to Senior Manager levels for candidates with experience in HCM implementations, support, and transformation projects. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Functional consultant who has worked in workshops, requirement gathering and design phase of the implementation project.  

  • Should have experience of working on large-scale migration projects.  

  • Have experience in AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank integrations, Taxation (US / India).  

  • FSCM sub module knowledge is an added advantage.  

  • Should have good communication skills and work with clients directly.  

  • Should have good knowledge on Agile process and JIRA. 

 

*Mandatory Skill sets: SAP HCM

Preferred Skill sets: 

 

  • Experience with HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar. 

  • Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent, Payroll, or Absence modules. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Consulting experience is an added advantage.
