We offer a competitive starting salary of €75,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

Deloitte is at the forefront of AI-driven digital transformation, and we're seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the definition and delivery of intelligent products that create measurable business value for our clients.

This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on AI innovation—you'll work alongside world-class designers, engineers, architects and AI specialists to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or equivalent role, with demonstrated success delivering digital products from discovery through to live operation

• Strong Agile delivery expertise across multidisciplinary teams, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Hands-on AI & Generative AI experience, including familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms, plus practical knowledge of prompt engineering and AI use case discovery

• Commercial acumen and analytical thinking, with proven ability to identify high-value opportunities, validate assumptions through customer insight and data, and measure success through business outcomes and adoption metrics

What type of work will I be doing?

• Define product vision and strategy aligned to business priorities, leading customer discovery and research to validate opportunities using data and experimentation

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams

• Shape AI-enabled product capabilities, evaluating AI technologies (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Atlassian Rovo, Generative AI platforms) and defining AI use cases, prompt strategies and agent-enabled workflows

• Map and optimize context for LLMs, ensuring AI solutions are designed for maximum effectiveness and responsible deployment

• Integrate AI into digital products by partnering with AI engineers and architects, embedding governance and regulatory considerations throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Monitor product performance and optimize outcomes through continuous measurement of business value, customer satisfaction and adoption metrics

• Build trusted stakeholder relationships, communicating product vision, priorities and roadmap while managing risks, dependencies and release planning

• Champion responsible AI delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards
