We're looking for a proactive and organised Site Support & Training Co-ordinator to play a key role in supporting our leadership team, coordinating site training activities, and helping maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working across different teams, takes ownership of tasks, and is keen to de
velop their knowledge of health, safety, and site operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As Site Support & Training Co-ordinator, you will:
- Coordinate site training requirements and maintain the training matrix.
- Arrange internal and external training courses and manage training records.
- Support the EHSS team with document control and compliance administration.
- Raise purchase orders, track expenditure, and manage payments through SAP.
- Assist with site security, visitor management, access control, and inductions.
- Coordinate occupational health appointments and employee medicals.
- Support the administration of the Management of Change process.
- Organise meeting rooms, catering, and general site administration.
- Provide day-to-day support to the leadership team and wider site.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
- A confident communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with SAP or similar business systems.
- Experienced within a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
- Interested in developing a career within Health & Safety and site compliance.
Health & Safety awareness is desirable, but full support and development will be provided for the right candidate.
