MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 10–15+ years of Investment Banking experience with a leading investment bank, boutique advisory firm, Big Four Corporate Finance practice, or transaction advisory platform.
• Proven experience in leading and executing M&A, private equity fundraising, capital raising, strategic advisory, and corporate finance transactions.
• Demonstrated track record of originating mandates, managing client relationships, and driving business development.

The firm works across diverse sectors and provides professionals with significant client exposure and end-to-end transaction ownership.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the origination, execution, and successful closure of M&A, private equity fundraising, strategic advisory, and capital raising mandates.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, building relationships with promoters, corporates, private equity funds, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic investors.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients while converting relationships into advisory mandates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, promoters, Boards, CXOs, and investors on strategic and financial transactions.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, LBO), transaction structures, and investment recommendations.
• Provide strategic oversight on transaction marketing materials, including Information Memorandums, pitch books, teasers, investor presentations, and management presentations.
• Lead transaction negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder management through to successful signing and closure.
• Manage relationships with investors, legal advisors, auditors, consultants, lenders, and other transaction participants.
• Mentor, develop, and lead Associates, Vice Presidents, and junior bankers while ensuring high-quality execution across multiple live mandates.
• Collaborate with the firm's leadership on growth strategy, sector expansion, recruitment, and overall business development initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution, commercial excellence, and superior client service across all engagements.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Strong track record of originating and executing M&A, private equity fundraising, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
• Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation, and deal execution.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage senior client relationships and lead complex transactions.
• Excellent commercial acumen, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading high-performing deal teams and mentoring junior professionals.
• Strong network within the corporate, investor, and financial services ecosystem.
