Job Summary
• This role is responsible for adeptly resolving intricate technical issues spanning hardware and software across internal and external businesses and end users as well as providing proactive assistance to forestall or alleviate problems. The role leads various engagements including customer visits and industry conferences and drives collaborative cross-functional projects. The role acts as a valued consultant for strategic planning and innovative solutions and offers expert guidance on configuration decisions.

Responsibilities
• Resolves complex technical problems effectively, encompassing hardware and software encountered through interactions with internal and external businesses, as well as end users, utilizing proactive notification systems.
• Provides proactive assistance to internal or external businesses and end users, aiming to preempt or mitigate the emergence of issues.
• Sets a strategic compass for the services organization, aligning it with customer needs and coordinating closely with various counterparts.
• Leads and represents the organization through activities such as customer visits, participation in industry conferences/trade shows, and vendor meetings.
• Leads cross-functional collaborations for efficient project delivery, enhancing troubleshooting efficiency and user experience, thereby driving successful outcomes.
• Acts as a trusted consultant, engaging with stakeholders to strategically plan, coordinate, and architect innovative solutions.
• Leads discussions pertaining to solution and business architecture, while also engaging in articulate communication of advanced product concepts and directions, thereby contributing to informed decision-making.
• Provides expert guidance on configuration decisions, offering insights into best practices for customers.
• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in any area, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in remote support, telephone support, technologies and customer environments, or a related field.
