Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product recommendation and advice based on customers' needs
- Contribute actively within the team to meet the store sales target
- Act as the brand ambassador to deliver excellent customer service
- Proactively engage with customers and handle enquiries, creating a positive shopping experience
- Retrieve stocks from stockroom
- Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the store
Requirements
- Able to commit at least 1 weekend per week
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Passion in serving customers and interest in the fashion retail industry
- Good communication skills
- People oriented and sales driven
