Responsibilities:
To meet Sales and AR plans
To explore new markets for additional growth .
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all client interactions.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
To maintain ethics and compliance in the branch.
To motivate and recognize the sales team to achieve better business results.
To ensure statutory compliance of the branch are met according to the local government requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Technology, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 15 plus years of experience in sales, preferably in apparel accessories or interlining.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and interlining applications is a plus.
