  • Implementation Support: Help coordinate smooth change management and tracking when the PSPV LT rolls out new structures, processes, or corporate strategies.

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Leadership Culture: Coordinate and facilitate offsites, leadership development frameworks, and team-building initiatives.
  • Team Operations: Partner with HR to support leadership's talent development and retention strategies.

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Drive Efficiency: Identify structural inefficiencies across safety functions and sponsor cross-functional projects to modernize workflows.
  • Technology partnership: Partner with systems and business teams to support the rollout and adoption of new automation and analytics tools.

Contract Oversight & Escalation

  • Accelerate Agreements: Work directly with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to resolve bottlenecks and speed up high-priority safety contracts.
  • Vendor Health Tracking: Monitor the milestones, deliverables, and financial impacts of key vendor agreements.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the senior escalation point to resolve any disputes with external safety partners.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:

  • Matrix Leadership: Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build consensus, and drive accountability across a global organization.
  • Business Operations Expertise: Deep experience in organizational planning, corporate governance, change management, budget management, and executive reporting.
  • Execution Skills: Strong track record of managing complex, competing priorities and delivering clean operational results.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Education: Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine). An advanced degree or training in Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
  • Industry Tenure: 12+ years of progressive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including direct support of pharmacovigilance or patient safety functions.
  • Leadership Track Record: At least 5 years in a leadership role partnering with senior executive teams to drive strategic initiatives, corporate governance, and business operations.
