Are you driven by purpose and passionate about empowering customers to take control of their financial future? ING is looking for a strategic and impact-oriented Product Lead to lead the Financial Health team within Product Family Daily Banking NL.
In this role, you will shape and execute ING's Financial Health Strategy, helping customers achieve greater financial resilience and confidence. You will drive the development and adoption of innovative products, services and campaigns that help customers make better financial decisions and build long-term financial well-being.
The team
The Financial Health team is part of Product Family Daily Banking NL within ING Netherlands. The team helps Private Individual customers improve their financial well-being through solutions, insights and journeys that strengthen financial resilience.
You will lead a team and work closely with colleagues across Tribes to embed financial health initiatives throughout the customer journey.
Roles and responsibilities
As Product Lead Financial Health, you will drive the strategy, execution and measurable impact of ING's financial health ambitions. You will:
- Lead and develop a team of three Customer Journey Experts (GJA 16-17) and data analysts.
- Define and execute the Financial Health Strategy in line with ING's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into compelling propositions, customer journeys and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate across Tribes to embed financial health initiatives throughout key customer journeys.
- Drive awareness and adoption through targeted campaigns and engagement activities.
- Steer performance through agreed Financial Health KPIs and OKRs, using data and experimentation to improve customer and business outcomes.

You bring:
- A Master's degree and proven experience in financial services, financial well-being initiatives, customer journey design or a comparable data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a strategic mindset, combined with a passion for improving customer financial resilience.
- The ability to translate data and insights into a clear product vision, persuasive story and focused roadmap.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, developing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Openness to feedback, strong self-awareness and the ability to navigate differing viewpoints constructively.
Measurable success indicators
- Improve financial health of 1 mio customers end of 2028 (2023 baseline).
- Increase the number of customers with future provisions by 100k within 2026.
- Increase use of proven effective features by 200k in 2026.
