  • Manage key compensation activities, including market pricing, competitive analysis, salary benchmarking, survey participation, and variable pay support.
  • Lead the annual salary planning process, supporting the design, administration, and implementation of merit and compensation planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, process documentation, educational materials, and compliance resources
  • Support compliance, audits, process improvements, and strategic Total Rewards initiatives, including global compensation and executive compensation projects.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Experience leading projects and managing multiple priorities, with familiarity in areas such as healthcare benefits, retirement plans, and total rewards program design considered a plus.
  • 5+ years of compensation experience with strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation, salary administration, and broad-based reward programs.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience leveraging HR systems and technology, including Workday (preferred), along with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or VBA for compensation analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to partner effectively with HR leaders and business managers, providing trusted guidance on compensation practices, pay decisions, job evaluations, and policy application.
  • Knowledge of pay equity, pay transparency, regulatory compliance, and compensation governance, with the ability to support compliant and market-competitive programs.

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation packages, including pay-for-performance variable pay, recognition and rewards programs.
  • 401(k), employer match up to 6%, additional employer retirement income contribution (no vesting period)
  • Healthcare benefits: medical, Rx, dental, vision, flexible spending account, health savings account (generous employer contribution), life and accident insurance
  • Work-life balance programs: flexible work scheduling, hybrid/remote working
