Position Overview 

The CoStar Migration & Portfolio OS Specialist will serve as a dual-role Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting both the CoStar migration initiative and the Portfolio OS project within the Accelerate AI framework. This position combines critical system transition leadership with AI-driven process automation expertise, focusing on seamless database migration and the automation of lease administration standard processes. 

What You'll Do

• Lead CoStar migration efforts by serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert, guiding Lease Administration teams through system transition and providing hands-on support throughout the migration lifecycle
• Design and deliver targeted training programs, including account-specific materials, to upskill teams on CoStar functionality and ensure smooth adoption across EMEA regions
• Oversee data validation and integrity checks during migration, working closely with teams to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies between legacy and new systems
• Develop comprehensive process maps and standard operating procedures for both standard and specialized accounts, documenting workflows and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Create and execute detailed test cases across Pega, CoStar, and Portfolio UAT environments, performing complete invoice abstraction and variance reporting cycles to train AI agents
• Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple systems (Pega, CoStar, Prohance) to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
• Participate actively in cross-regional collaboration through regular calls and MS Teams communication, clearly articulating lease administration workflows and system-specific requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing system enhancements, updating process manuals, and ensuring alignment with JLL Global Policies and Procedures

What We're Looking For

• Expert-level knowledge of standard lease administration processes with particular understanding of EMEA-specific invoice tracking, billing cycles, and compliance requirements
• Proven proficiency with Pega and Portfolio/CoStar systems, with hands-on experience navigating system transitions and managing parallel operations
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to identify data discrepancies, process gaps, and opportunities for operational efficiency
• Strong analytical capabilities to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear recommendations and actionable insights
• Demonstrated experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), test case development, and validating system functionality in migration environments
• Understanding of AI and automation principles, particularly as they apply to lease administration and invoice processing workflows
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and complex processes to diverse audiences across multiple regions and seniority levels
• Highly organized and collaborative working style with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritize effectively, and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams
