Job Overview:

The Construction Paralegal supports CleanSpark's development and construction activities by providing practical legal support throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure and facility projects. This role works with the Legal Department and construction, project management, procurement, operations, finance, and other business teams to organize and review project information, support construction-related legal matters, permitting and regulatory compliance, and help attorneys identify and address issues efficiently. The role supports construction activities across the company and is not assigned as the dedicated assistant to a single attorney.
