Description
Join us as a Maintenance Technician and help ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
You will maintain production equipment and facility systems in operating condition through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Your technical expertise will help minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement programs across the plant.
As a trusted maintenance professional, you will contribute to a safe and productive work environment by following established safety procedures, maintaining accurate maintenance documentation, and supporting the implementation of reliability and improvement projects. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, equipment availability, and overall plant performance.
You will report to the Maintenance Coordinator. This is an onsite role based in Queretaro, Mexico.

Main Responsibilities.
- Complete preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures, minimizing equipment downtime and production interruptions.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify abnormal conditions and prevent potential breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, and technical documentation to ensure traceability of maintenance activities.
- Support predictive maintenance programs through equipment monitoring, inspections, and maintenance planning activities.
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and safe work practices.
