Description
This role serves as the primary Data & AI Business Partner for Enterprise Services functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Communications, Corporate Strategy, and other shared services organizations. The role partners with functional leaders to identify and execute data, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities that improve organizational effectiveness, decision-making, employee experiences, governance, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of enterprise business processes and the ability to align Data & AI investments with functional priorities, transformation initiatives, and corporate objectives. The role works across diverse stakeholder groups to develop enterprise-wide solutions that drive standardization, scalability, and measurable business value.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Finance, HR, Procurement, Corporate Services, Shared Services, or enterprise transformation organizations.
- Understanding of core enterprise processes such as financial planning and analysis, workforce planning, talent management, employee experience, sourcing, procurement, compliance, and corporate reporting.
- Experience developing business cases and value realization frameworks for enterprise technology, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM, EPM, procurement, and workflow automation solutions.
- Experience identifying opportunities for process optimization, intelligent automation, generative AI enablement, self-service analytics, and enterprise decision support.
- Ability to influence senior functional leaders and align multiple stakeholder priorities while driving enterprise-wide adoption and change management.

- Demonstrated ability to understand complex enterprise operating models and identify opportunities for scale, standardization, and reuse across functions.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams to define strategic roadmaps and prioritize investments that improve enterprise performance and employee productivity.
- Strong understanding of organizational, financial, and workforce metrics that inform business planning and operational decision-making.

SUPERVISION:
- May be responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of ITS staff.
EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- 10 years experience preferred or 5+ years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years' experience as a Manager; or 5+ years' experience in a senior managerial role.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies. Rate: $165,000 - $248,200
