Description
Overview
- Responsible for AIQ global features development as module lead.
- Takes care of Metrics , Insights, AI Agent and any new global feature modules design & develop performant, secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs with clear contracts to enable parallel UI development, while optimizing databases and data pipelines for strict throughput requirements.
- Guide and unblock a small sub-team of four backend engineers by effectively delegating tasks, conducting code reviews, and enforcing rigorous unit, integration, and performance testing standards
Responsibilities
- Design & Build Services- Create scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Implement Distributed Patterns - Manage service discovery, API gateways, and circuit breakers.
- Event-Driven Integration - Connect services using message brokers like Kafka or messaging queues.
- Containerization & Deployment - Deploy and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
- Develop Autonomous Agents - Build intelligent agents capable of task automation, reasoning loops (like ReAct), and decision-making.
- Orchestrate Workflows - Set up multi-agent collaboration patterns, routing, and prompt chaining.
- Vector & RAG Integration - Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search) with Java backends.
- API Connectivity - Link LLM providers (OpenAI, Hugging Face) securely via REST APIs
- Track agent behaviors, system latency, and failure rates in production environments.
- Partner with DevOps teams to automate testing and streamline deployments
Qualifications
Any Bachelors degree or above with 8+ years of experience in fullstack developement
