- Manage renewals proactively, identifying at-risk accounts early and executing save plays well ahead of the renewal date.
- Apply a structured diagnostic methodology (SPICED) to understand each client’s situation, pain, and goals and connect them to the right MyAdvice solutions.
- Partner with Sales and Onboarding to understand new clients’ workflows, priorities, and obstacles and set the foundation for long-term growth.
- Develop joint success plans with CustomerSuccess to ensure clients achieve their marketing and growth objectives while you drive commercial expansion.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with practice owners, office managers, and marketing decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate account, pipeline, activity, and forecast data in HubSpot and Planhat.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure client feedback is captured, reviewed, and prioritized.
- Contribute to team performance through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and process improvement.
Required Skills

- Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion revenue targets across an owned book of business.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the presence to advise business owners and explain marketing concepts in plain language.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (websites, SEO, paid search, reputation management).
- Experience working in HubSpot or a similar CRM, with strong data hygiene habits.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and exceptional project and time management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with structured sales methodologies (SPICED, Challenger, MEDDPICC).
- Experience selling to or serving medical, dental, or legal practices.
- Familiarity with customer success platforms (Planhat or similar) and quoting tools (PandaDoc or similar).
