Job Overview:
As Assistant Vice President of Overlay Portfolio Management Group, you will focus on the competencies that deliver on implementing a World Class Investment Platform. You will achieve this by prioritizing work on enterprise-wide projects, specifically focusing on enhancements to the Model Wealth Portfolio UMA Platform and the other Centrally Managed Platforms. You will lead multiple initiatives within this program simultaneously and will be required to deliver the Centrally Managed Platform deliverables by the stated deadlines. You will be required to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders to uphold the success of the stated business objectives. Your key role is a balance of communication and tactical execution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of LPL platforms, products and services
- Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within Managed Accounts scope and at the company
- Work closely with business and technical partners to align goals and priorities, including providing vision for PI events and backlog management.
- Work closely the Operations, Service and Trading Teams on department and firm level initiatives.
- Work with external Trading Vendors on prioritization of enhancements and defect management.
- Drive organizational change management for transformational efforts including development of training programs and communications.
- Contribute to developing business strategy that allows for transition of firms to be seamless
- Implement multifaceted roadmap goals within OPMG
- Manage relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
- Develop roadmaps, plans and metrics that communicate progress, risks, issues and approach to execution that support continuous learning and improve outcomes.
- Drive significant operating efficiencies through continuous improvement best practices
- Prepare influential executive-level presentations to facilitate fact-based business cases, recommendations, and program updates.
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Knowledge of investment management operations and practices with particular emphasis on unified managed accounts including trading and portfolio accounting systems
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Knowledge of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, and hedge funds

Pay Range:
