Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Perimeter Patrol in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and respond to security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established armed post procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity; report unusual conditions and follow site-specific escalation procedures.
• Maintain required documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports, in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
