Alumni and Constituent Engagement (ACE) provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional development, volunteerism, service, and events and programs for alumni and friends to enhance loyalty, dedication, and philanthropic support for WashU.This position will report to the Director, Marketing & Digital Communications, and will support the team in fulfilling digital and print marketing collateral to promote the events and programs organized by Alumni and Constituent Engagement. The role will help ensure that all materials are fulfilled on deadline, on brand, and within budget.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and editing digital and print marketing materials — including email campaigns, presentations, event collateral, and signage — to drive engagement with alumni, parents, and friends of the university.
- Manage, track, and report email marketing campaign data; track and manage budgets and invoices; and maintain email communications calendar.
- Maintain and update Alumni and Friends website pages; manage and curate photo archive; and organize marketing assets to ensure consistency and accessibility across platforms.
- Project management assistance and coordination.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned. As a member of the ACE team, the coordinator will be asked to support and work occasional events on nights or weekends.

- Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and mission of Washington University; must understand the importance of university relationships with alumni, parents, and friends.
- Passion for and general understanding of integrated marketing communications work.
- Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of complex programs and partnerships and work proactively to achieve departmental goals.
This position is located in St. Louis, MO and the targeted hiring range for this position is $23.37 - $26.00 per hour.
