ROMEU MÉXICO, consignataria de buques líder en el sector del transporte y logística internacional de mercancías, desea incorporar en sus oficinas de Ciudad de México, una persona como Pricing & Procurement Specialist.What will your functions be?
- Elaborar y gestionar cotizaciones y propuestas económicas.
- Participar en el desarrollo comercial y en la puesta en marcha de nuevos proyectos.
- Utilizar herramientas y sistemas de cotización y elaboración de presupuestos.
- Mantener actualizada la información del sistema relativa a fletes, recargos, tiempos de tránsito y demás parámetros operativos.
- Gestionar y mantener la red de agentes.
- Asesorar al departamento comercial en materia de tarifas, precios y condiciones, así como al departamento de operaciones en cuestiones relacionadas con contratos.
- Gestionar incidencias en coordinación con el departamento de Administración (fletes, gastos de origen y destino, facturación, etc.).
- Gestionar el correo electrónico y la atención telefónica.
What are we looking for?
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año desempeñando funciones similares en empresa consignataria y/o transitaria.
- Se valorará formación en Comercio Internacional o áreas afines.
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Manejo habitual de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel.
- Persona dinámica, proactiva y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Clara orientación comercial y vocación de servicio al cliente.
