- Preparing of attendance of staff and upload on portal

- preparing OT sheet and sharing with client for approval every month

- Preparing PI and sharing with client for discussion and approval every month.

- Creating PR/PO for HK material and consumables of every month in the mobilize.

- Making arrangement of any kind of VVIP visit

- Making arrangement of board of directors meeting.

- Vendors’ entry permission sends to IC team.

- Making GRN of Sodexo vendors invoices

- Preparing of cost provision and revenue sales of every month

- Attending training scheduled by Sodexo team

- Act as liaison between the Client’s representative and Sodexo

- Coordinate and schedule projects with the Facility Manager

 - Work with outside vendors and contractors, as required

- Direct all facility personnel to assist in day-to-day operations and project completion

- Daily inspection of premises for cleanliness and hygiene and take corrective actions as and when required

- Responsible for site compliance and PPMs as per clients and Sodexo set frequency

- On-time submission of monthly requisition of cleaning/disposable materials, uniform, stationery and cash. These requisitions should be done on prescribed formats.

- Responsible for training and replacement of the staff

- Apply and follow the contractual obligations, policies and procedures for both client & Sodexo

- Establish and maintain cordial relationship with the Client.

- Maintain a safe environment for all facility, employees, visitors and staff

- Responsible for monthly governance reporting’s, safety audit, site health status, etc.

- Coordinate with canteen vendor for special lunch & Hi Tea as per requirement.

- Responsible to resolve FTC staff queries.
