Relationship Banker

ABOUT THE ROLE

F&M Trust is seeking a Relationship Banker who will split time equally between our Lincoln Way East Office and Philadelphia Avenue Office in Chambersburg, PA. This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while serving two established branch locations.

As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in growing our customer relationships through exceptional service, consultative sales, and community engagement. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with deposit accounts, loan inquiries, account servicing, and financial solutions. By identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services, you will help customers achieve their financial goals while contributing to the success of the office.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive banking experiences.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through consultative conversations.
• Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with consumer lending requests and referrals.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and technology-based services.
• Process transactions on the teller line and support daily branch operations as needed.
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.

The pay range for this position generally starts between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

This full-time position works approximately 40 hours per week and offers a competitive compensation package along with outstanding benefits.

LOCATION

This position will split time approximately 50/50 between the following Chambersburg offices:

• Lincoln Way East Office 1712 Lincoln Way East Chambersburg, PA 17202
• Philadelphia Avenue Office 2405 Philadelphia Avenue Chambersburg, PA 17201
