Registered Nurse (RN) | Part-Time or PRN
Location: San Francisco, CA 94105
Employment Type: W-2 | Choose either part-time or PRN based on your scheduling preference.
Hours: Weekdays, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Schedule: Select a consistent part-time schedule of 1–2 weekdays per week or flexible PRN coverage based on your availability. Additional shifts may be offered as clinic needs arise.
Start Date: ASAP.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide part-time or PRN clinical coverage in an outpatient health center located within a corporate workplace in downtown San Francisco,CA.
The RN will support the clinical team with patient assessment, treatment, preventive care, patient education, and follow-up coordination. This position is well suited for a nurse who is comfortable working independently, enjoys direct patient interaction, and can transition confidently between scheduled care and same-day clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assess patients presenting to the health center.
- Obtain medical histories, vital signs, and other clinical information.
- Support physicians and advanced practice providers with patient care.
- Perform specimen collection, including phlebotomy.
- Provide wound care and other nursing treatments within scope of practice.
- Assist with preventive care and patient education.
- Coordinate follow-up care and referrals.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding care instructions and available health services.
- Maintain emergency equipment and help ensure clinical supplies are appropriately stocked.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support safe, organized, and efficient daily operations.
- Maintain patient privacy and comply with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including Emergency Room and/or Urgent Care experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong phlebotomy skills.
- Confident patient assessment and clinical judgment skills.
- Strong interpersonal, patient-service, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using electronic systems and standard office technology.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a clinical team.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to respond appropriately to changing clinical needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
- Reliably commute to downtown San Francisco, CA.
