- Stable pipeline of commercial/federal/government work
- Opportunity to work on complex, technically demanding projects
- Established General Contractor

- Work alongside experienced field and project leadership
- Opportunity to build a long-term career instead of chasing projects around the country
- Medical benefit package
- 3 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays
- Vehicle allowance and gas card
- Matching 401k and more
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own day-to-day field operations and keep the project moving from mobilization through completion.

- Build a field culture centered around safety, accountability, teamwork, communication, and quality
What You Bring

- Hands-on experience supervising crews and subcontractors
- Ability to develop schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality requirements
- Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities simultaneously
- Strong blueprint and specification reading skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, project management, safety, and quality teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize issues before they impact the project
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but extensive relevant field experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a true field leader, not someone who sits in the trailer waiting for problems to land on their desk.
You know your project, your schedule, your crews, and your subcontractors. You communicate early, hold people accountable, solve problems in the field, and understand that safety, quality, schedule, and client relationships all matter.
If you’ve built your career running complex construction projects and have experience in the federal/USACE world, I’d like to talk.
Because great leaders deserve great opportunities.
Talk soon,
