Polish Speaking Healthcare Technology Support Specialist (Hybrid / Varna Nesting)

Are you fluent in Polish, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting cutting-edge medical and digital health solutions? We are seeking a Polish Speaking Healthcare Technology Support Specialist to join our specialized care team. In this role, you will assist healthcare professionals, clinics, and end-users in Poland with digital health platforms, medical software queries, and technical equipment assistance.
This role features remote training, followed by 1 week of on-site nesting at our modern office in Varna, after which you will transition to a full work-from-home (WFH) model based in Bulgaria.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Polish, alongside strong professional command of written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
  
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  
• Location & Mobility: Based in Bulgaria with a dedicated, quiet home workspace and high-speed internet, plus the willingness to complete 1 week of on-site nesting in Varna following your remote training.
  
• Skills: High empathy, patient-centric mindset, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and clear communication skills.
  
• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare support, medical device assistance, technical support, or customer service is a plus, though comprehensive paid training is provided.
  

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational assistance to Polish-speaking users and healthcare providers via phone, email, and digital tickets.
  
• Troubleshoot health-tech software, patient portal access, account configurations, and connected medical device features.
  
• Guide users step-by-step through platform navigation and standard technical resolutions with patience and accuracy.
  
• Escalate complex technical bugs or urgent health-tech issues to senior systems engineers and product teams.
  
• Log all interactions, resolutions, and system diagnostics accurately within the internal CRM system.
