We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Cement Plant Administrator to support the daily operations of our cement manufacturing facility. This role serves as a key resource for administrative coordination, communication, and operational support, helping ensure efficient plant performance and a positive employee experience. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage weekly payroll and employee scheduling, including timecard updates, schedule changes, vacation tracking, and payroll corrections in UKG.

  • Maintain the plant’s overtime equalization process by tracking overtime opportunities, contacting employees in the correct order, and documenting outreach in accordance with the union agreement.

  • Complete daily production reporting by entering production and downtime information, running SAP reports, and submitting required updates to the region.

  • Support invoice and AP issue resolution by researching missing goods receipts, coding issues, and non-PO invoices to help keep payments moving.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to plant leadership, HR, supervisors, and other departments while keeping records and information accurate and organized.

  • Use systems such as UKG/Kronos, SAP, Basware, and Microsoft Office to manage multiple priorities and support daily plant operations.

What Are We Looking For 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and technologies. 

  • Experience with Basware, UKG, SAP is preferred. 

  • Familiarity with Union and Labor Contracts is a plus.  

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. 

  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment. 

Work Environment 

  • Primarily office-based within a heavy industrial cement manufacturing facility. 

  • Regular interaction with plant personnel, contractors, vendors, and visitors. 

  • May require occasional visits to operational areas of the plant while adhering to all safety requirements. 

  • Standard business hours with flexibility to support operational needs as required.
