Job Description​

Saint Luke's Muriel I. Kauffman Women's Heart Center Nutrition Health Coordinator reports to the Director Women's Heart Center and serves as an advocate for better community health through nutrition. The Coordinator will be accountable for growth and development of Saint Luke's Food as Medicine Everyday 12 week cooking series, provide one on one or family based retail nutritional counseling, and serve as a resource and consultant for the Women's Heart Centers involvement in community, internal initiatives and subspecialties areas within health system. The Program Coordinator will possess knowledge based nutritional epidemiology as it relates to large populations focusing on dietary assessment and outcomes, advanced nutritional biochemistry linking macro and micronutrients, and botanical medicine. The Coordinator must be able to work in diverse environments and be flexible with professional time and skills to include travel, possible evenings and weekends for community programs.

ServSafe Food Handlers Cert - National Restaurant Association

Master's Degree - Dietetics
