IT Director

We’re proud to partner with a highly respected mechanical construction company in their search for a Director of Information Technology to lead their technology strategy with a strong focus on automation, AI, and digital transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning IT with business goals and driving innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap
• Lead adoption of emerging technologies, especially automation and AI
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise data strategy
• Partner with leadership to deliver tech-driven business solutions
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and a growing team of professionals
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience (construction industry preferred)
• Proven success aligning IT strategy with business operations and growth
• Strong expertise in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise support
• Demonstrated experience implementing automation and AI technologies
• Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
