Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician FT (2nd shift)

As a direct care professional, the Behavioral Health Technician plays an essential role in delivering treatment services by interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare that empowers patients to overcome life’s challenges. We have been serving local communities for over 40 years, providing structured programs that guide our clients through detox, residential care, medication-assisted treatment, and family education for both men and women.

- $15.00/hour before differentials for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport clients to appointments and discharge locations using a company-provided vehicle.
- Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program.
- Maintain accurate client documentation.
- Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
- Coordinate client activities.
- Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs.
- Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
- Assist with clients' dietary needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience preferred.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.
