ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic finance leader who combines strong financial expertise with the ability to build trusted partnerships across regions and functions. You understand how a global business operates and excel at connecting financial insights to business decisions. You are collaborative, influential, and comfortable working in a complex, matrixed environment where success depends on aligning stakeholders and driving results without direct authority.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Enterprise Financial Performance
•    Lead the global consolidation of monthly results, forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans across all regions.
•    Deliver insightful analysis of business performance, highlighting key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
•    Thought leadership to develop analytical frameworks that will help drive business performance across the organization
•    Forward looking thinking and insightful analysis on the company’s financial results and projections as well as competitor and market analysis that will help inform strategic choices and dynamic resource allocation  
•    Develop executive-level financial narratives and insights that enable timely strategic decision-making.
•    Ensure consistency, transparency, and accuracy of financial reporting across the organization.
Business Partnership
•    Build trusted partnerships with Regional Finance Performance teams to drive alignment and accountability.
•    Challenge assumptions constructively while influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.
•    Facilitate alignment between regional priorities and global financial objectives.
Performance Management
•    Lead the enterprise risk and opportunity management process, ensuring proactive identification, tracking, and mitigation.
•    Help lead the dynamic planning process, coordinating with the Regions and Global Functions to support informed decision making at the most senior levels
•    Monitor delivery against key financial commitments
•    Drive accountability through standardized performance reviews and action plans.
Global Center of Excellence Leadership
•    Lead the Global Performance COE located in BES (core group based in Costa Rica), including responsibility for:
        Global P&L reporting and governance
        Working Capital performance management
        Cash Conversion performance and target delivery
        Structure Investment Center of Excellence
        Standardized reporting and analytics + Process optimization and automation
        Development and coaching of a specialized finance team
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
•    Act as Finance lead for enterprise transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.
•    Simplify and standardize global reporting processes.
•    Facilitate implementation of transformation initiatives
Executive Communication
•    Prepare executive-level presentations for the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and Investor-related discussions.
•    Translate complex financial information into concise, impactful business stories.
•    Deliver clear recommendations supported by robust financial analysis.

•    Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results
