Lead digital manufacturing initiatives by bridging business and IT teams, driving process improvements, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and operational efficiency. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Act as the primary contact between Production and DMS stakeholders. Drive strategic initiatives from idea to value realization. Facilitate alignment and decision-making across business and IT teams.  Manage challenging discussions and conflicts constructively, being firm on topics while respectful towards people.  Promote harmonization, standardization, and sustainable solutions across sites and organizations.  Ensure transparency on priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress.  Apply Agile principles and work within frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum. Business Analysis  Analyze and document production requirements and business needs. Understand how DMS applications interact to support end-to-end manufacturing processes.  Translate business requirements into functional solution concepts.  Investigate issues deeply to identify root causes rather than symptoms.  Challenge existing processes and solutions to continuously improve business outcomes. - Collaborate closely with business experts, architects, and development teams to deliver optimal solutions. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor Degree in related field. Required Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.  Fluent English communication skills.  Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.  Good understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe and/or Scrum.  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  Ability to navigate conflicts and drive decisions in complex environments.  High resilience, persistence, and ownership mindset.  Strong drive for harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement.  Highly Preferred Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, ideally in both Frontend and Backend environments.  Experience in Digital Manufacturing Solutions (DMS) or comparable manufacturing IT environments.  Technical understanding of application landscapes and system integrations.  Thai language skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
