Associate Consultant @Darwin

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Delivery team at Darwin Services, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

You will join a cross-functional delivery team focused on implementing tailored solutions for global clients using the Darwin Delivery Method (DDM). The role offers hands-on experience in requirements scoping, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management while collaborating with experienced consultants and project managers.

We will count on you to:

• Support and facilitate project workshops (remote and onsite) to capture client needs and benefit structures.
• Scope, design, and document requirements in line with the Darwin Delivery Method and assist Project Managers with planning, risk, and issue tracking.
• Collaborate with Configuration and QA teams to implement solutions and support clients during User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare and validate client data ahead of launches and identify process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Work with your Squad (Technical) Lead to prioritize workload and keep stakeholders informed.

What you need to have:

• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into clear, well-scoped requirements with an understanding of technical concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Previous internships or experience in consulting, project delivery, or client-facing roles, ideally within technology or service industries; degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
