Wat houdt de functie in?

Bij JLL krijg je de kans om nationale en internationale investeerders en financiers te adviseren bij het realiseren van hun vastgoedambities. Als Consultant Value & Risk Advisory vertaal je de analyse van gebouwinformatie en marktdata in een goed onderbouwde waardering. In deze functie krijg je de kans om door learning on the job alles te weten te komen over allerlei verschillende soorten vastgoed. Je werkt altijd aan verschillende projecten tegelijk en krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je wordt in je rol ondersteund door toegang tot een ongekende hoeveelheid data en technologische ontwikkelingen.

• Je hebt uitstekende analytische vaardigheden.
• Je hebt sterke affiniteit met cijfers.
• Je werkt georganiseerd en gestructureerd.
• Je hebt aandacht voor detail.
• Je kunt met overtuiging advies uitbrengen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.      
• Je bent initiatiefrijk, ambitieus en probeert jezelf en je advies continu te verbeteren.
• Je hebt flair, bent communicatief vaardig en beweegt je gemakkelijk binnen een team. Ook vind je het leuk om de bestaande relaties te onderhouden.

Wat vragen wij van je?

• Je hebt een afgeronde Bachelor- of Masteropleiding.
• Werkervaring is niet vereist. Kandidaten met enkele jaren werkervaring kunnen we ook een passende functie bieden.
• Je hebt een klik met financieel-economische vraagstukken.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
