We have an immediate opening for a General Laborer to join our growing team. If you're ready to get to work, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a strong work ethic and a passion for the environment
• Want to learn and grow in the electrical trade
• Are comfortable working at heights
• Can lift up to 70 lbs
• Have a clean driving record
• Work well as part of a team

Pay Transparency

In compliance with SB 1162, Cal-Solar (with 15 or more employees) includes a pay scale in all job postings. The pay scale for this Solar Installer position is $20–$25/hour.
