THE JOB:
Join the Cosmopolitan team as a VIP Lounge Assistant Manager, where you’ll help deliver elevated, personalized service to an exclusive VIP clientele in a luxury hospitality environment. In this role, you’ll lead with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while supporting daily lounge operations and creating seamless, memorable guest experiences.
Working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, you’ll anticipate guest needs, build meaningful relationships, and create WOW moments that leave a lasting impression long after each visit!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director or Department Head
Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
Promote a team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional guest service
Support hiring, training, development, and succession planning while upholding the company’s diversity commitment
Ensure accurate charging, postings, payment collection, cash handling, credit transactions, and balancing procedures
Submit payroll and track attendance reports for VIP staff
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service experience, preferably VIP services, Front Desk and/or Concierge
Three (3) years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Hotel Operations preferred
Previous experience working for a Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred
