Wind Farm O&M Manager (all genders)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day O&M activities of the onshore wind farm to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Monitor plant performance through SCADA and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage and supervise turbine OEMs, EPC contractors, and service providers for maintenance and technical works.
• Support site/project management and operational readiness during construction and commissioning, and facilitate a smooth handover to operations.
• Serve as the Statutory Electrical Safety Manager upon appointment and ensure compliance with applicable Korean electrical safety regulations.
• Oversee 22.9kV electrical facilities, transmission lines and WTGs, including response to grid trips, outages and electrical faults.
• Coordinate with KESCO, KEPCO, KPX, local authorities, internal teams and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Engineer Electricity (전기기사) with at least 2 years of relevant practical experience after certification, or Professional Engineer Electricity (전기기술사).
• Relevant experience in power generation, electrical facilities, high-voltage systems or utility-scale energy infrastructure.
• Ability to work full-time at the Yeongdeok project site.
• Valid Korean driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wind farm construction, site/project management, commissioning and/or O&M.
• Experience with WTGs, turbine OEMs, EPC contractors or 22.9kV+ electrical facilities.
• Experience in power plant electrical safety management.
• Familiarity with SCADA/CMS, protective relaying, and Korean HSE and grid requirements.
• Business-level English communication skills.
