To support our Data support team we are searching for a Junior Data Product Support (Maternity cover 1 year) (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of the AI Applications and Data Products Team within the Data & Analytics Department at LuxExperience, you will:
Act as the first line of support for urgent stakeholder requests, performing initial data screening, troubleshooting, and prioritization of issues.
Work closely with the Engineering Team to monitor team bandwidth and route bugs or requests to specific analysts and engineers based on their domain focus.
Manage, define, and prioritize incoming operational requirements based on strategic business value, operational urgency, and technical feasibility.
Partner with Analytics stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and translate business needs into actionable data requirements.
Coordinate the response to critical data issues (e.g., attribution discrepancies, GA4/tracking issues, pipeline failures) by conducting initial data investigations using SQL.
Contribute to improving product governance, requirement documentation, and cross-functional ways of working.
Support long-term quarterly planning and gather feedback to improve data product adoption and lifecycle management.
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in (business) informatics, computer science, economics, business administration, or other relevant field
Solid knowledge of SQL with the ability to independently query data to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot business requests
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks when triaging time-sensitive requests
Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and vice versa
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Good understanding of the data ecosystem (e.g., data warehousing, ETL processes, APIs) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or willingness to learn
Experience using Databricks is a plus
Previous experience in Data Product Management, Data Analytics, or an Operation Data Support role is a plus
