Position Summary
Citadel Healthcare Management (PVT) LTD. Is seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Performance Specialist to manage and improve our website’s organic search performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing search visibility, improving Google rankings and click-through rates (CTR), monitoring website performance, identifying technical SEO issues, and implementing strategies that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
● Optimize website pages, blogs, provider profiles, and landing pages.
● Write, edit, and publish clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for website pages and blog posts.
● Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into website and
blog content.
● Monitor and improve website performance using Google Search Console, Google
Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
● Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, search impressions, and conversions.
● Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as indexing errors, crawl
issues, broken links, duplicate content, and Core Web Vitals.
● Work with developers to implement technical improvements and optimize website
performance.
● Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable recommendations.
● Stay up to date with Google’s algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
● At least 2 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients, with a
strong understanding of the U.S. digital marketing landscape and user search behavior.
● Proven success improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and website
performance.
● Experience writing and optimizing website content and blog content for SEO.
● Experience with SEO, AEO, GEO, backlinking, and Google Ads, with demonstrated
experience applying these strategies within the healthcare industry.
● Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio,
Screaming Frog, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
● Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and basic
HTML/CSS.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
