Key Responsibilities
- Assist the QA team in testing web applications, software products, and AI-powered solutions.
- Execute manual test cases and document test results clearly.
- Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with detailed steps and supporting information.
- Support regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation.
- Support basic test automation activities and learn QA tools and frameworks under guidance.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential usability, functionality, and performance issues.
- Participate in reviewing product requirements and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
Requirements
- Native Thai speaker.
- Duration: Minimum 3 months, up to 6 months.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, Git, or any test automation framework is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Passionate about software quality and building reliable products.
