About the role

This role sits at the centre of both the Hammond Foundation and Hammond Innovations, providing high-quality administrative support that enables work to move smoothly from idea to impact.

Working across both teams, the Foundation & Innovations Administrator ensures that systems, communications and day-to-day activities are well coordinated, responsive and reliable. From managing inboxes and processing donations, to maintaining accurate records and supporting project and research activity, this role helps ensure that both philanthropy and innovation are supported by strong operational foundations.

This role is offered on a Permanent Full-time basis and is based at our Head Office in St Leonards, NSW.

What do we need from you? 

  • Commitment to HammondCare’s Mission and values

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or coordination roles

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, documentation and systems

  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel)

  • Clear and professional written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of tasks

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

  • Experience in a philanthropic, research or innovation environment (Desirable)

  • Exposure to donation processing, supporter administration or project coordination (Desirable)

  • Experience in health, aged care or mission-driven organisations (Desirable)

  • Qualifications in business administration or a related field (Desirable)

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Hubspot (Desirable).
