Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, business-to-business sales, or another customer-facing position can be helpful.
We are more interested in your ability to connect with people, your work ethic, and your desire to succeed than the industry you currently work in.

You won't be expected to build an opportunity from nothing.
The customers are already reaching out.
Your job is to respond quickly, start conversations, build trust, follow up consistently, and help customers make the right purchasing decision.
For a motivated Sales Representative, that creates significant income potential.
Paid Training and Career Growth
You don't need previous automotive experience to succeed here.
Farris provides paid training designed to develop your skills in:

Farris invests heavily in employee development and promotes from within. A successful Sales Representative can advance into higher-level sales and leadership opportunities.
