This role is temporary from September to December 2026.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a student, you will support the Defence Financing team with a variety of tasks while gaining direct exposure to the sector’s financing activities, including:
- Perform administrative tasks such as entering data into Excel tables and our CRM system.
- Support the organization of prospecting efforts and business development initiatives.
- Contribute to networking activities by helping to organize events, campaigns, and provide on-site logistical support.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative, ask questions, learn quickly, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
- Have completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a post-secondary program.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Collaborative spirit and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
