Associate Veterinarian – Warsaw, IN
A well-established small animal veterinary practice is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who values high-quality patient care, professional growth, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals
- Perform wellness examinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and routine treatments
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
- Participate in continued learning and professional development
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace
Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- DEA license preferred or ability to obtain
- USDA accreditation preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
