Project Role Description : Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

As a Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function. This role requires careful planning and leadership to ensure that all activities align seamlessly with the broader business objectives. The day includes analyzing existing processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and defining organizational structures to support the function s goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with business needs and driving continuous improvement efforts are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring the business function operates efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of business function initiatives.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based service models and their application in business function implementations.
- Experience in process analysis and redesign to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within complex project environments.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse groups.
