Description
This role works alongside senior strategy leaders across the full client relationship, from direct engagements to agency partners. It helps bring industry knowledge into deal support, contributes to the business case behind each opportunity, and partners closely with delivery teams to help confirm that proposed solutions can be built well, with the added care that health data requires.
Location: New York, NY (on site)
Must be able to be in the office at least 3x a week.
COMPETENCIES
- Industry Knowledge: Build and contribute working knowledge of the health payer, provider, and pharmaceutical and life sciences landscape, and help keep it current with market and regulatory developments.
- Solution Support: Help match Acxiom's data, identity, and partner capabilities to real client problems, and support opportunities as they move toward revenue.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support industry strategy for the health vertical, including health payers, providers, and pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
- Help identify and research potential revenue opportunities and connect them to Acxiom's capabilities.
- Contribute to tailored solution strategies that address client needs across health categories.
- Assist in building the business case and return on investment narrative behind client pitches.
- Partner with product and delivery teams to help confirm that proposed solutions can be delivered well.
- Support client engagements such as business reviews and deal pursuits.
- Help gather and organize client feedback to inform Acxiom's product and solution roadmap.
- Contribute to presentations and materials that communicate Acxiom's differentiators and value.
- Work closely with compliance and legal partners to help keep marketing use cases within HIPAA compliant boundaries.
Basic Qualifications:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in industry strategy, marketing, solution support, or a related client facing role, ideally with some exposure to health payers, providers, or pharmaceutical and life sciences brands.
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Growing familiarity with HIPAA and other regulations that govern the use of health related data for marketing purposes.
- Interest in and aptitude for building knowledge of the health data and identity landscape, including first party and permissioned data.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to help produce clear, persuasive client facing materials.
- Comfort collaborating across teams and contributing to broader strategic initiatives led by others.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support client engagements as needed.
