This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Deliver end-to-end, high-quality service to Global Client Management (GDC) leadership by coordinating operational activities, enabling governance and cadence, and ensuring effective alignment between Country/Cluster/Regional stakeholders and internal services functions.

 

How you´ll make your mark:

 

• Acts as the internal business operations point of contact (SPOC) for GDC
• Partners closely with SSD leadership to translate strategy into execution, strengthen operational consistency, and ensure the cluster operates efficiently while aligning with broader organizational goals
• Acts as a trusted advisor and problem-solver—bringing structure, data, and clarity to complex, cross-functional work
• Supports GCM leadership by coordinating operational activities, enabling governance and cadence, and ensuring effective alignment between stakeholders and internal shared services functions
• This role is internal-facing, relationship-driven, and focused on operational enablement rather than direct service delivery or people management
• Acts as the connector with Finance
• Functions as an early-warning system for capacity constraints, risks, operational excellence and service-quality issues
• Ensures alignment with SSD POR, readiness, and financial planning

 

 

About you:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• ITIL certification, PMP certification preferable.
• Experience in project/process or ITIL infrastructure management is an advantage.
• Customer support experience, CSAT-centric “internal” / external.
• Fluent in Operations practices – budgeting, Long-Term Planning (LTP), Plan of Record (POR), Business Performance Review.
• IT industry knowledge, Support portfolio, HPE products literate .
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to translate company strategy into execution.
• Country/Cluster knowledge.
• Active participation in Country/Cluster sessions.
• Comfort working with performance metrics, dashboards, and operational data including financial reports.
• Proactiveness.
• Financial/business acumen.
• Executive level presentation skills.
