We are currently seeking two Temporary Staff Accountants to join our Finance team:

1. Staff Accountant – General Accounting

Support day-to-day general accounting activities, including:

• Journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations.
• Month-end close and financial reporting.
• Variance analysis and intercompany reconciliations.
• GL and subledger maintenance.
• Audit, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement support.

2. Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable

Support daily AR activities, including:

• Cash application and account reconciliations.
• Customer account and aging analysis.
• Researching and resolving billing/payment discrepancies.
• Collection support and AR reporting.
• Month-end close and maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of staff accounting experience: General Accounting & Accounts Receivable
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate level) and experience with SAP accounting/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• On-site position — remote work is not available.
